Indoor: Did not compete during season

As a Freshman (2018-19):
Indoor: Posted season-best times in 60 meter dash (9.13) and 200 meter dash (31.91) at Panther Invitational. Outdoor: At GNAC Championships, finished eighth in high jump (1.25m), ninth in both long jump (4.31m) and triple jump (9.05m), and 10th in both 100 meter hurdles (18.65) and 400 meter hurdles (1:26.31). 

Prep:
Plamondon participated in both indoor track and field and outdoor track and field at Mount Saint Charles Academy in Woonsocket, R.I. She received the team's Most Improved Award in 2015, helped her team win the indoor track and field class championship in 2016, and earned Academic All-State honors in 2017. 

Personal:
Born in Providence, R.I., Plamondon is the oldest child of Tammi and Robert Plamondon. She has two younger brothers named Brad and Nicholas as well as a younger sister named Ashley. She is majoring in nursing. She has taken dance lessons at Dance Creations, Inc., in Woonsocket, R.I., since 2004, learning ballet, tap, jazz, and point.
