NORFOLK, Va. - The Regis (Mass.) men's and women's swimming & diving teams have been named by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America as Scholar All-America Teams. The announcement came from the CSCAA on Wednesday morning. 

To be named a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, a team must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher in the fall semester. The Pride women's team achieved a 3.29 grade point average, while the men achieved a 3.15.

Nationwide and across all divisions, a record 638 teams made the list this year, including both Regis teams.

The Scholar All-American Pride will be back in action over the weekend when it travels to Bridgewater State for a tri-meet with the Bears and Husson University on Saturday, Jan. 28.
