Prep:
Burke competed for four years on the varsity swim team at Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, Mass. She was a Merrimack Valley Conference All-Star in 2017 and helped break the school record in the 200 medley relay. She was a team captain during her senior season.

Personal:
Burke was born in Boston, Mass. She is the youngest daughter of Terry and Andy Burke. She has two older sisters named Jennifer and Jillian. She is majoring in criminal justice and cybersecurity. Burke has competed in foil and saber fencing at events such as the 2017 Junior Olympics, 2017 Summer Nationals, 2018 Junior Olympics, 2018 March North American Cup, and 2018 Summer Nationals. She is also a member of the Regis swim team.
