As a Freshman: Busiek recorded 42 points, with a team-high 39 goals and 3 assists.  She had a .488 shot percentage.  She picked up 87 ground balls, leading the conference in ground balls/game, as well as caused turnovers per game, with 33.  She also won 30 draw controls.
