WESTON, Mass. – The Regis College men's and women's tennis teams have adjusted their schedules for the upcoming week, as announced by head coach Andy White.
Due to the anticipated high heat index creating unhealthy conditions as well as the potential for afternoon thunderstorms, the men's tennis match between Regis and Stonehill scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 6, has been moved to Friday, Sept. 7. The match will still take place at the Regis Tennis Center beginning at 4 p.m.
For the women's tennis team, the match scheduled at Smith College for Thursday, Sept. 13, has been cancelled. The Pride will be replacing that contest with a road match against Worcester State next Wednesday, Sept. 12, beginning at 3:30 p.m.
Before facing Worcester State, the Regis women's tennis team will host Eastern Nazarene College in a GNAC match Saturday, Sept. 8, starting at 12 noon.
