When asked about the meet, Coach Sweeney said that he was "extremely pleased with our team's efforts against mainly division I teams and one division II team. Our swimmers raced extremely well and really did a tremendous job with the turn and start details that we have been working on in practice. With swimmers achieving lifetime best times, best in season times, and achieving some New England championship cuts already after just three weeks of practicing, I am very excited about this season."

"We are looking forward to our first home dual meet this Saturday against the University of New England and are looking forward to getting into some harder training and really stepping up our team's efforts in the classroom and in the pool."

The dual meet against the University of New England is set to begin at 2:00 p.m.
