Men’s Soccer Falls to Norwich in GNAC Tilt

WESTON, Mass. – The Regis College men's soccer team fell to Norwich in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference matchup Wednesday night, 2-0, at Regis Stadium.

The Pride were able to register four shots on goal. Goalkeeper Jesse Bonilla (Ramona, Calif.) recorded three saves in the match. 

The score was tied until the 29th minute when the Cadets' Bienfait Badibanga was able to find a path through the defense and found the back of the net with his shot for his 10th goal of the season. The next goal came less than four minutes later from Amerle Nemeye, who was on the receiving end of a pass from Badibanga.

The Pride will be back in action early next week when they play at Pine Manor Monday, Oct. 8, at 3:30 p.m. They will follow up with a match Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Rivier. The next home match will be Saturday, Oct. 13, when they play the Hawks of Becker College at 3 p.m.
