20 STUDENT ATHLETES NAMED TO FALL ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
20 members of the Regis College fall athletic teams have been named to the New England Collegiate Conference Fall All-Academic Team, announced Wednesday afternoon by the league office.
WESTON, Mass. – 20 members of the Regis College fall athletic teams have been named to the New England Collegiate Conference Fall All-Academic Team, announced Wednesday afternoon by the league office.
A total of 187 student-athletes were named to the All-Academic Team for the 2015 fall semester. To be eligible for the NECC Academic All-Conference, a student-athlete must post a minimum grade point average of 3.40 on a scale of 4.00, and must be a sophomore or higher in class standings. Student-athletes who competed in men's and women's cross country, men's golf, field hockey, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, and women's volleyball were eligible for fall NECC academic honors.
