Ladino works closely with the academic support staff at our Finucane and O’Sullivan Institute for Learning on campus to ensure the academic success of student-athletes.

Highly involved in the Student Affairs and Enrollment Division, Ladino plays a key role in the retention of student-athletes, and actively serves on several committees across campus.  She is also focused on providing extra-curricular programming and opportunities for student-athletes; specifically around Title IX, and sexual violence prevention education, NCAA DIII compliance rules education, and various leadership and student-development initiatives.

In addition, Ladino teaches a co-curricular course titled Peer and Captain Leadership for student-athletes who strive for leadership positions on campus and within their athletic programs.

Along with student-athlete welfare and academics, Ladino also has oversight of all Division III compliance processes and education within the Department of Athletics.

In the spring of 2021, Ladino received the Life Saver Award from the Regis College Division of Student Affairs for her work as the coordinator for wellness housing during the COVID-19 pandemic within the 2020-21 academic year.

Ladino was the Game Operations Graduate Assistant for the Pride from 2012 to 2014, and earned her Master’s Degree in Organizational and Professional Communication.

She then served as the Assistant to the Athletics Director at Becker College under the Division III Ethnic Minority and Women’s Grant from 2014 to 2015 prior to returning to Regis to serve in her current role.

A native of Wallingford, Conn., Ladino earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport and Leisure Management from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2012. She was a four-year member of the women’s soccer team while at Eastern Connecticut, earning three Little East Conference Championships and a trip to the Sweet-16 round of the NCAA DIII Women’s Soccer Tournament in 2010.
