WEIGHT ROOM

The weight room, completed in fall 2018, was constructed within a space previously used as a dance studio. With the new room, strength & conditioning sessions can now involve more student-athletes at the same time, making it easier for coaches to conduct multiple workouts within a single room. The new weight room features Perform Better extreme half-cages, Keiser Infinity functional trainers, Perform Better foam plyo boxes, and brand new dumbbells, Olympic plates, trap bars, and safety squat bars. The room also includes Ecore athletic ultratile flooring.
